We collect personal data to:

• manage and fulfil bookings (e.g. schedule tastings), and

• send you confirmations or relevant communications (e.g. event updates, cancellations).

Lawful basis: performance of contract (for bookings), and where you have given consent (for marketing or newsletters).

• Data will be stored securely (e.g. password-protected files, secure email or cloud service).

• Access will be limited only to people who need it (e.g. owner or staff).

• We will retain data only as long as needed (see section 6 below).

5. How long we keep your data

We keep records of bookings and communications for up to 2 years from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete earlier.

After this period (or upon request), we will delete or anonymise your data.

If you opt in, we may send you occasional emails about future tastings, events, or offers.
