About Us

Despite pursuing many different paths, the root of my passion has always been in hosting and hospitality. After completing an engineering degree I trained to be a chef and having worked 3 years in back of house hospitality as a chef and a baker I returned to a customer facing role at a wine bar in Edinburgh. It was here, alongside taking the WSET level 3 in wines that I discovered my true passion. I believe that at its heart, hospitality is all about bringing people together. My fondest memories involve sharing a bottle of wine with close friends, treating ourselves to a meal out or cooking for one another, or baring our souls over that final dram of the evening.
